We are looking for a friendly and considerate professional person to let our lovely loft room in our Victorian terraced home with a garden.

The room is carpeted and fitted with a single bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, cupboard and hanging storage. You will also have your own private ensuite shower room.

Our house is situated on a quiet road very close to all the amenities of trendy St James Street, E17 - supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries.

We are a 6 minute walk to St James Street Station for TFL Overground to London Liverpool Street and a 13 min walk to Blackhorse Road Station for TFL Underground (Victoria Line).

It's the perfect WFH abode.

You will be living a female professional, her 11 year old son who visits every 2 weeks and another housemate in the ensuite loft room.

We are passionate about music, good food, yoga, mindfulness, gardening and nature. Our diet is mostly vegetarian with occasional chicken/fish. Strictly no beef or pork and would prefer someone similar.

+£100 for bills, including fibre broadband.
Optional fortnightly cleaning at an additional cost.
