This room is available from 11th May. Monthly rent is £950 + bills (roughly £150 extra). The room needs to be occupied by a key worker so please only message if that’s you.

The double room is in a two bed, two bathroom apartment with balcony (with both city & wetland views). Kitchen & living spaces are shared and fully furnished with modern furniture, and there is an extra large storage cupboard.

This quiet apartment is located in Blackhorse Mills development, which is a 4 minute walk from Blackhorse road station (victorian line). The apartment includes amenities such as a gym, outdoor heated pool, co-working spaces/games room, communal roof terrace, tennis court, parcel room and so much more. There is also an on-site bar/restaurant and coffee shop. The place has a great community feel, and is only 5-10 minutes walk to the breweries.

You’ll be sharing with one other person (me!) a strategy director at an ad agency.

Looking for someone laid back, clean and respectful. It’s not one of those places with a bin rota but it’s also not a party house!
