Attic Room in beautiful newly Renovated Property

I've recently moved into this newly renovated Victorian Walthamstow property, bordering the Walthamstow Wetlands and situated a 10min walk from both St James' Street and Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line).

At present I live alone in this place and I'm ideally looking for one other house mate that's independent, clean, respectful and maybe even up for a beer once in a while. I work long hours in the NHS so may not not be around for the majority of the day.

The room on offer is a large attic room with Velux sky lights, en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony. You will, of course, have access to the remainder of the house, including the lounge, pool table, kitchen, communal areas and garden. More photos to follow!
