5 Min to Train, 20 Min to City!

Lovely and cosy double room with en-suite bathroom available on the top floor of the house. The room has a king-size mattress (currently ISO a frame if needed) and some other furniture which can be adjusted to your needs. Our home has a relaxed and friendly vibe, and you would only be sharing it with me, my young daughter and our kitten :)

We live on the first floor, with a spacious shared kitchen with a washer/dryer, espresso machine, air fryer, etc. We’re often out, and when we're in, my daughter likes to chill by watching cartoons or drawing pictures and crafting, so flat-sharing has always been easy. I am a 29-year-old professional who left her job last year to start a degree in psychology. At home, I like watching movies, reading, and eventually cooking, but not a lot. Now that the school year has started, I'll be mainly studying and working on my things.

Rent is £800 per month, all bills included.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Wood St. Station (Overground), with quick access to the Victoria Line via Walthamstow Central. The neighbourhood is calm but vibrant, with trendy cafes, shops, and a cool “new Hackney” vibe.
