Double room in east London

Hi gals! I’m Millie (28, academic, from Kent) and I currently have a double room available to rent in St James Street, Walthamstow! I’m very easy going, clean and considerate flatmate and I’m looking to find someone that I get on well with!

I am currently in the larger bedroom upstairs and pay £975 (exc bills) and am advertising the slightly smaller downstairs room at £925 (exc bills) but am happy to swap if your preference is to have the slightly larger room which is separate to the rest of the property. I have furnished both bedrooms.

The flat is a really nice size and in a great location in St James Street. 3 minute walk from St James Street station (overground- reach Liverpool Street within 15 mins), 12 minute walk to Walthamstow Central (viccy line and overground- reach King’s Cross within 15 mins) and also 17 minute walk to Blackhorse Road (viccy line). Leyton station (central line) is only a short ten minute bus journey.

St James Street is lovely, has lots of independent cafes and coffee shops, pubs and restaurants including the Crate. It sports very cool graffiti everywhere and is only a short 5 minute walk to Walthamstow Highstreet where you can find everything you could possibly want, including a diverse market and shopping centre. There are gyms very nearby as well and a large Lidl within a 7 minute walk away!

I am hoping to do viewings in the next few days with hopefully someone being able to move in within the month (although this is subject to passing referencing with the lettings agent).
