We’re a friendly, all-female house of four (ages 22-29), working professionals with shared interests in music, art, fashion, and more! Our home has a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere where we enjoy unwinding together—whether it’s heading out for food and drinks or having movie nights in.

Respect for each other’s space and cleanliness is very important to us, so we’re looking for someone who shares these values.
We also have a sweet 9-year-old Pomeranian who’s incredibly friendly and loves a bit of attention, so being pet-friendly is a must!

About Our Home
Our spacious three-story house offers a comfortable environment with plenty of room:
• First Floor: A generously sized living room, a downstairs bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen that opens onto a huge garden—perfect for relaxing. We also have a large basement for additional storage.
• Second Floor: Three bedrooms and a bathroom.
• Top Floor: Two bedrooms and another bathroom.

The Available Room:
Located on the top floor, this room comes a with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and shelf storage. You’ll share the bathroom with just one other person, allowing for privacy while still enjoying the communal spaces throughout the house.

Our home is conveniently located with excellent transport links:
• Lea Bridge Station – 10 mins
• Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line) – 20 mins
• Leyton Station (Central Line) – 10 mins
• St James Street Overground – 10 mins
• Multiple bus stops just 20 seconds away, with access to Stratford, Hackney, and other areas.
