A Double room is available in a recently refurbished large house which is located on a quiet residential street just off wood street. Wood Street station is a 5 minute walk, Walthamstow underground station is a 10-15 minute walk and many bus routes service the area.

In addition to all the amenities on Wood Street, Walthamstow Village is a 5 minute walk away which has lots of quant restaurants and bars.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The downstairs has lots of living space with large sofa and sitting room, a dining room and a large separate kitchen. There is a large back yard.

The house is a 3 bedroom and you’ll be sharing with 2 others;

someone friendly, tidy, easy going and sociable.
Sam is into films, TV, games.

The room is available on July 07 and is not available to couples, sorry.

Rent is ****£795*** per month which includes Council Tax, Water & Wifi. Electric and gas paid separately.
The deposit is one months rent.
