Room in nice house

Hello potential flatmate! :)

I've lived here since August with my lovely housemate, who is sadly moving out to buy her own home. I currently rent the larger room (the one on offer), but I'll be moving into the smaller room.

The house is spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge, a good-sized kitchen, a garden (plus a shed for extra storage), and—very conveniently—two toilets.

The room:
It's large and furnished with two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a bed. It gets great natural light. There’s also a basic spare desk (not pictured) if you’d like to use it. I currently work from home in this room, but once I move into the smaller room I’ll be working downstairs.

Home habits:
I work from home most days, usually 9–6 (and sometimes later—it’s a high-pressure job!). I’d prefer someone with a similar routine. I’m an early bird, but it’s totally fine if you’re not—just as long as we’re both respectful of each other's sleep. I enjoy having a friendly chat with my housemate but also like a relaxed, comfortable home environment.

A bit about me:
I’m 32, she/her, and work in policy for a trade association. I’m friendly, chilled, tidy, and considerate. I don’t take myself too seriously and tend to joke around and laugh at myself.
