Kitchen shared with adjacent room (me and my boyfriend).
Washing machine shared with adjacent room and studios above (there’s a weekly rota with washing machine slots per room)
We’re looking for an LGBTQ+ flatmate that is clean, tidy, respects boundaries and doesn’t clutter the kitchen with kitchen gadgets.
Nearest station is Blackhorse Road, 10min by bus or 20min walking distance. Two bus stops on our road (less than a minute walk to both).
We have the Tottenham Marshes at a 10min walking distance.
We have a nice little patio where you can sunbathe in the summer and dry your laundry. We live in a relatively quiet area considering London.
Important: not sure yet if the room will be left furnished or unfurnished as the current tenants have bought their own bed frame and closet, throwing away the old ones originally there. I will update as soon as I know 🙏🏽
