Me: El (they/them) 29yrold artist/ anthropology masters grad currently working in residence at Gasworks in Vauxhall. I work in Vauxhall 1 day a week and will work from home the rest. I like a good yap and accompanied walks to the wetlands- but also value alone time a lot. I also host a collection of rowdy nicknacks- which you are more than welcome to add to.

Bat: prince of darkness. Kitty boi who goes outside and (once affections are earned) loves to curl up on you in the shape of a shrimp ✨🍤
(He only likes humans, so no other pets allowed sorry).

You could either take the Large double = £950 + bills or the small double £900 + bills.

Move in: early/mid February

Benefits accepted- but would work well for someone who doesn’t WFH all week (pref 2 days per week max).

I’m open to both shorter and longer term lets, but would love to live with someone who’d enjoy living with and helping to care for a cat🦇

Access info: the flat is ground-floor level (though there’s a couple steps down to the kitchen). I sometimes burn incense and smoke outside. I'm neurodivergent and welcome fellow spicies 🌶️❤️
