Derek is the other tenant, he is a 33yr old gay man, he's a psychologist working in learning disability. He enjoys cooking, going to the gym, watching TV, listening to music and general socials at the pub. He is really lovely, considerate and friendly. I am only leaving the flat to live with my partner otherwise I would have stayed as it's so nice and living with Derek has been wonderful.
Available furnished (for an extra £100), furniture to keep.

Rent is per person £1050 per month
Bills are approx. £60 each (including internet) per month
Move in date is flexible - May/June.
Dogs welcome. No cats.
