We are a family of 3 including my partner, who works from home 2 days a week, my 23 year old daughter who works out of the house 4 days a week and myself a nurse who works 5 days a week out of the house. We are Located near st James street surrounded by local coffee shops, bakeries, bars, pubs, Walthamstow market which includes Soho theater, and Walthamstow Village. Local transport includes the over ground weaver line, at st James street and Walthamstow. Victoria line from Walthamstow and Black Horse Road station. Both an approximately a 10-15 min walk away. Queens rd sufferagette line approximately a 12 min walk away. Local hospital is Whipps Cross hospital and Homerton. Our local outdoor spaces are St James Street Park and Walthamstow Wetlands.
