The rent is £800/month for the large double room (Room 1) and the £750/month standard double (Room 2) has been taken.
All bills are paid by the landlord except for gas and electric, which the housemates share and which is on average about £40/month. This method is transparent and works out to be very economical.

Fully double glazed with a modern and energy efficient central heating system.
Lounge/diner is spacious and comfortable with refreshing views of the garden.
Kitchen fully fitted with electric fan assisted oven, a gas hob, a cooker hood with external exhaust, a washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Bathroom is fully fitted with hot & cold water for a good relaxing bath or a quick shower.
Garden is complete with a patio and garden furniture.
Unlimited optical fibre broadband is provided.
The cleaner takes care of the general areas on regular basis twice a month while housemates are still expected to maintain their own areas.
LOCATION & TRANSPORT:
The house is within walking distance of all the amenities including well established bars, coffee shops, gyms and arts venues.
The mall, in the town centre, houses a number of high street chains.
Branches of several banks are located within easy distance of the mall.
Walthamstow also boasts the longest market in Europe, where you can find a good bargain.
We also have excellent public transport links while still being leafy and green.
Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central, on the Victoria Line, are 10-15 minutes walking distance. Oxford Circus is only 30 minutes by tube from Walthamstow Central.
There are two regular bus services: W11, every 10 minutes; from a bus stop a few metres from the house; 158 , every 7 minutes; from a bus stop within short walking distance of the house.
The N73 night bus service also runs along Forest Road.
A rail service runs every 15 minutes from Walthamstow Central to Liverpool Street (on the Central Line) and takes only 20 minutes.
The SilverLink rail service from Gospel Oak to Barking passes through Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road Station.
