Cozy Fish Island Warehouse Sublet

Hello, I’m subletting my Fish Island warehouse room from July 15 - September 30 with some flexibility on the dates. It’s a small windowless room with a mezzanine bed, large adjustable desk and plenty of space for clothes. I’m charging £1500 for the entire period, which is a reduction from the full price given some of my things will be living in the room while I’m away.

About the house, this is not a party house, chill vibes, with the occasional family dinner, BBQ or jam session. we are a group of 6, including a wood worker, plumber/gas engineer, animator, refugee support worker and a comedian. We are in our late 20s and early 30s. The house has a massive and very well stocked kitchen and spices, tea, sugar, baking and cleaning supplies are all included in the rent. We have a weekly chore rota too and welcome in our neighbor’s cat who spends a lot of time hanging out in our house.

The area we’re in is very social with our unit opening up onto three different courtyards full of other creatives and interesting folk living in warehouses. Hackney Wick station is a 10 minute walk away and Stratford is a 20 minute walk,

I’d ideally be looking for someone who’s able to stay for the entire period, is able to pay the full amount upfront, has experience living in a warehouse and/or subletting, and is able to come meet the house (and me!) at some point in the coming weeks.
