Hi there, I’m looking for a tenant to live in one of my rooms in my house.

The house is located 5 minutes from Victoria Park and Mile End station which is served by the Central, Hammersmith and District Lines.

It's a Victorian house with a large kitchen and a separate reception living room. A south-facing garden is off the kitchen.

The room for rent overlooks the garden with dual aspect windows offering lots of light and it’s peaceful and quiet in the garden which is not overlooked
The room has an existing 5ft bed, offering under-bed storage
There is a desk and chair if you want to use it

The upstairs bathroom is pretty much yours although it is not an ensuite- I sometimes use it in the night but I can refrain if this is an issue!

About the room
- Rent per month is £1500 paid on 1st of every month
- Bond deposit of £1750
- Available from September 2024

I am looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, clean and tidy and wants to live in a nice property and take care of the space.
Someone who keeps the shared spaces clean and finds calmness in an organised home environment.
Someone who is sociable but is happy to do their own thing at home

About me
I am a 40-year-old LGBTQ+ female originally from Newcastle but I have lived in London for the past 20 years. I own a creative and events business and work from home three days a week.
I like to keep fit there is a gym in the basement of the house. I also like cooking and socialising at home.
I share a dog and she stays a few weeks a month. She is a Cavapoo so she is considered hypoallergenic. You can see her in the photos.
