Hi there!
I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share my beautiful 2-bed, new-build apartment in Hackney Wick. Just a 10-minute walk from Stratford Station (serviced by multiple lines including the Elizabeth Line – just 20 mins into Central London!), the location is super convenient while still having a creative, local vibe.

About the flat:

Modern, bright apartment with a private roof garden

Your room: a furnished double with direct balcony access

You’ll have near-exclusive use of the second bathroom, as I have my own en-suite

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner

Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy shared living area

A bit about me:
I work in Private Equity & AI and mostly work from home. I’m sociable and enjoy Netflix, wine, and the occasional shared meal – but also respectful of space and privacy. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who works from the office most days so we’re not both WFH. That said, I do travel when remote work allows with the longer term goal of splitting my time 50/50 between London & Lisbon.
This is initially a short-term let of up to 6 months as I’m in the process of arranging a part-time move between London and Lisbon however has the possibility to be long term once I have fine tuned the relocation details.
