Cozy double Bedroom Victoria Park

My flatmate has to return to India and we will have a bedroom available from the 1st of January 2026. The bedroom has all the basic furniture bed + Wardrobe + chest of drawers. Apart from the bedroom, you would be enjoying a large sunny living with a patio, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.

You would be living with 3 professional girls and sweet labradoodle. We are looking for someone easy going, ideally a professional over 30 (but not exclusively). It would be a better match with the people currently living in the house.

The house is in E3, a nice residential area 10 minutes walking from Hackney Wick overground, a fun area with a vibrant creative community, and a 1-minute walk from Victoria Park, which is ideal if you like outdoor sports. Less than 10-minute walk from Roman Road, which has loads of groceries stores, supermarkets and cafes. Very well connected with central London (bus 8) and Stratford (overground and bus 276).

The rent is £620 + bills (around £90-£100 in the winter, but lower is the summer).

There is no deposit but you will be asked to to pay 2 months in advance, and it will be required 2 references (1 previous landlord, 1 employee). If you're a first time renter or don't have one of the required references, we can discuss a character reference.
