We are looking for a friendly new tenant for a double room in Bow/Mile End (E3). The house has four rooms, and we are three people (aged 24, 26, and 37) already living here.

🏡 About the House
The house has three floors and features:

A spacious kitchen (2 fridge freezers) /dining area
A large living room with a TV and three sofas, and huge windows
A good-sized patio
A full bathroom + an additional toilet

🛏️ About the Room (£640/month, bills excluded)
The room comes with:

A shower and sink inside
A double bed with a duvet and pillows
Desk and chair
The room has been repainted this week
A new chest of drawers will also be provided for extra storage

👫 About Us & House Atmosphere
We’ve always had both men and women living together harmoniously, and we aim to maintain a friendly, clean, and well-organized home. While everyone has their independence, we also like to share time and create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

We are two professionals and one student who also works part-time, each with our own personality, but always open to communication and solving any issues with mutual understanding and respect.

👉 We are an international household and welcome all nationalities.

☀️ What We Love About the House
We really enjoy living here! When the weather is nice, the patio is a great place to relax, with a table and four chairs. Plus, the kitchen and living room get plenty of natural light.

We are looking for a non-smoker who fits well with our household dynamic.
