Hi. My brother and I are looking for a new housemate to move in with us in mid-October.
THE FLAT:
This is a 3-bed flat and we are offering the choice between one single bedroom with an ensuite or a double bedroom with a shared bathroom. We have a pretty big balcony, which is great in the summers and the flat is relatively easy upkeep. Bills sum to about £150 per month on average.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The flat is a 5min walk from Victoria Park and Hackney Wick (overground) + 20min walk from Stratford Station. We are right next to the cannals and several pubs/bars/restaurants.
ABOUT US:
Our names are Caio (27) and Bruno (25) and have been living in this flat for two years with our roomate. She will be moving when the rent agreement renews. We work as consultants in the city (though sometimes from home) and are quite active. We're looking for someone who is tidy, clean and enjoys the occasional beer/ roomate dinner.
