The flat is a 5min walk from Victoria Park and Hackney Wick (overground) + 20min walk from Stratford Station. We are right next to the canals and several pubs/bars/restaurants.

Our names are Caio (27) and Bruno (25) and have been living in this flat for two years with our roommate. She will be moving when the rent agreement renews. We work as consultants in the city (though sometimes from home) and are quite active. We're looking for someone who is tidy, clean and enjoys the occasional beer/ roommate dinner.
