I’m looking for a female to sublet my room from 10-18 April 💫

The room has a double bed, comfy couch, big sunny window, and lots of floor space. It’s bright, cosy, and a really lovely place to relax.

The flat itself is super homely and warm — a proper girls flat with the best housemates.

💞 FLAT VIBE

The vibe here is genuinely special. We’re all working professionals and have a very cosy, family-style dynamic. Everyone does their own thing, but we love kitchen chats, sharing coffee, and trying to do something together about once a month (flat dinners, little catch-ups).

Definitely not a party flat — more calm, supportive, and homely.

Meet the housemates:

🐝 Bee – Language specialist, gym bunny, and incredible soup maker. Big into crafting

🎂 Ananya – Assistant producer and total go-getter. Always out salsa dancing, learning languages, or at gigs.

⭐️ Sabrina – Works at a pilates studio in Mayfair, super friendly and kind, and loves a good afternoon nap.

Right off Roman Road (cute cafés & bakeries)

<5 mins to the canal, leading to Victoria Park in under 10 mins

Mile End station ~7 mins walk (Central, Circle & District lines)

Loads of bus routes nearby taking you to Shoreditch, central London and much more

Working professional

Clean, tidy, and respectful

Vegan or vegetarian

Someone with their own hobbies but happy to be part of a sharing, family-style flat

We’re a no-shoes-inside flat and all chip in to keep the place clean and lovely. We also have a cleaner every few months for deep cleans, and I’m hoping for someone who’ll keep my room fresh and looked after while I’m away.
