About the area: Love this area - it's right by Victoria Park and the canal, next to Roman Road market. Nearest tube is Mile End, a 15-20 minute walk away. Hackney Wick is a 25 minute walk. Also a bus right by us that goes into central London. My favourite place I've lived in London!
About us: You’d be living with me, Kathrine (they/them, 30), Roseanne (she/her, 28) and Leah (she/her, 30). I am a theatre maker and work box office, Roseanne works in a community garden and a museum, and Leah is a trainee solicitor in immigration. We all get on and like to make the flat a chill and friendly space, and also hang out outside the flat when we can. We share food shops and get a weekly veg box, and try and cook for each other like once a week.  Looking for someone who's up for a bit of communal living. We also have a small and friendly cat called Tuffy so you can't be allergic to cats!
Rent + bills (pcm): £665 before bills, bills come to around £100-120/month
Tenancy: Starting ASAP. Rolling tenancy from April.

Access info: It's a two floor house, starting from the ground floor level access, and the room is on the first floor, up about 12 stairs. Step free access through front door and back door to garden.
Description: Cosy double bedroom with a double bed. Window looking out onto our garden. We have a large open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room and a garden (woo!). also got a dishwasher! We have a bathroom with bath / shower upstairs, and a toilet downstairs.
