Hello, after a wonderful year and a half I'll be moving out of our house right next to Victoria Park and looking for someone to replace me. Move in: early October

About the house:
Less than a minute walk from Victoria park
Super close to all Hackney Wick has to offer
10min to Hackney Wick overground, 15 min walk to Central/District/Hammersmith and City lines
Sharing with 2 professionals in their late 20s
Bright, clean, spacious. Feels private and not like you're living on top of each other

Ground floor - my (your future??) room with an ensuite. Also under stairs storage, washing machine (replaced 3 months ago), bike storage.

The room offered comes with a wardrobe and shelves. Most of the furniture pictured (bed, bedside table, chest of drawers) is mine but landlord would put a new bed & mattress in.

First floor - kitchen with a brand new hob, dishwasher, plenty of storage. Dining room where we often eat together or work from home. Perfect for hosting. Living room with a TV & CD player, huge windows letting in plenty of light.

Second floor - two bedrooms and a bathroom shared by the other 2 tenants

About the flatmates:
Ruadhan is an Irish lawyer, runner and cafe hopper. Works from the office most of the time. Loves chess, getting outside, and playing various music instruments.

Shane it's from Canada and works in tech, likes to climb, dance, and make music.

Both are super keen to find a new flatmate who also cares about living somewhere nice, making it their home and being friends with their flatmates.
