Cheap, Cheerful and Campy Hackney Wick Room!

I've done the unthinkable and bought a flat in London, so I'm sadly moving out of this bargain of a house share. Looking for a gal to join my 3 current flatmates, Elix, Bianca and Nikoletta.

We'd like my replacement to be clean and tidy "house trained", and employed. It's also very important that they are LGBTQ+ friendly, which should go without saying in this area haha
All 3 of the gals here are really nice and easy to live with. Social if you wanna be like movies in the lounge, drinks/smoke in the garden, but also everyone has their own lives so no pressure.

The house is located right off Victoria Park, next to the canals. Such a lovely place to live with a vibrant and fun community of other young people, and safe neighbours around.

The room is a very roomy double and comes with the bed and wardrobe. The bed tucks nicely into the corner cubby of the room so there's loads of actual floorspace.
House is fully furnished. It's a 3 story terraced home. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one flight of stairs to the very large and spacious kitchen/lounge, and then another flight of stairs to 2 more upstairs bedrooms, where this room is located, and the main bathroom.

Area is generally quiet, but close enough to the important public transports - Hackney Wick Overground is a 10 minute walk along the canal, Bow Underground/DLR is a 15-20 minute walk, Stratford Mall 20 minute walk, and Bethnal Green is about 20-30 min walk, or a quick bus/bike ride. We're on the number 8 bus route which goes directly into the city and also close to a multitude of bus routes that go into Dalston and Hackney Central.

ROOM COSTS
- only £636 per month! Brag to all your friends about having the cheapest rent in Londons coolest area
- council tax is around £47 each per month
- we've recently changed power/wifi suppliers so I don't have an exact monthly number for them right now, however it was only £71 each for 2 months worth of power/wifi in September.

MOVE IN COSTS
- £50 to the property agency for the tenancy name change
- £678 to me for the deposit
