The flat is spacious (950 sq ft), sofa, tv, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom will be shared between two people (the other room is vacant so it will be yours until it is filled).
The development is beside beckton district park and has a lake, nice in the evening. There’s a residents gym and work lounge that would be available to you 24/7. There’s bike storage in the underground car park, and concierge in the building from 7am-7pm.

I’m 27, work in finance, am from Ireland. Looking for a professional, that is respectful and tidy. No parties or loud music late at night.

Couples considered (+250£), no pets.

Bills are not included, should be around 100£ per month.
