Located just 10 minutes by bus from Forest Gate, Leyton, or Stratford, this double room is in a 2-bedroom house shared with one other person. The house is equipped with central heating, fast broadband, and the usual amenities, all included in the rent.
You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room (with a large smart TV ). The house also offers a conservatory with a multi-gym, plus a small garden perfect for summer BBQs.
Room Details:
• Currently has pink curtains (but these belong to the current flatmate and will be removed before you move in).
• The room is bright, spacious, and well-maintained.
About Me: I work in international sales, and I travel often, but when I'm in London, I work from home. I’m looking for a friendly and clean flatmate who will respect the shared spaces and maintain a tidy home. I smoke however no smoking inside the house, no shoes either.
I ask for a "clean as you go" approach, and we do regular weekly cleaning of the shared areas. I’m looking for someone who’s considerate and easy to live with.
