Spacious and bright double room available in a three-bedroom house, just 10 minutes by bus from Forest Gate, Leyton, or Stratford, and only 25 minutes to Liverpool Street Station.

We are looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room, someone who appreciates a friendly, respectful, and easy-going shared living environment while also respecting each other privacy. The bathroom is shared with just one other person as one is an ensuite room, not available sorry ;-)

The house offers all the usual comforts, including:
Central heating, high-speed broadband, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large smart TV, a conservatory with a multi-gym, and a small garden that’s perfect for summer get-togethers.

The house rules are simple and reasonable: no smoking indoors, no shoes inside, and a “clean as you go” approach. There’s a rotating weekly cleaning schedule, meaning aside from everyday tidying, you’ll only need to clean shared areas once every three weeks.
