I'm currently moving into my rental as a landlord onto the first floor.

I have the loft available which has its own kitchen and shower room. It's self contained but accessible via the 1st floor flat where I stay.

It's undergoing a touch up at the moment but pretty much done. It will be furnished and can be adjusted to your liking.

About me - After a career in the city I'm now a Mathematics Teacher, secondary. Means I'm out all day and busy in evenings with parenting and tutoring.

As a landlord I'm pretty easy going and for me just need peace of mind as the place is too big for me.

Any requests will be taken seriously and not an issue tbh.

Upton Park, E7. Tubes and Buses are accessible if you're going to be a commuter and Stratford is probably a 10-20 min bus ride.

Upton Park station is a 10 minute walk tops.

Myself I'm a single male (separated) and need someone who'll be sympathetic and suitable with the fact that my young son (under 10) will be staying with me on weekends - on the first floor. Hence the request for a female tenant, it's what he's comfortable with and his mother

I can be sociable and we can play board games (not monopoly) or I can give you space and peace and quiet as I have plenty to keep me occupied.

There is another room in the loft and I'm not sure how I want to use it, so if you have a mate they can have the other room too.

The choice is yours.
