A fully furnished, large room with a private balcony is available in a spacious shared house in Hackney/London fields. This room is available for a short-term stay (up to 6 months).

The room is bright, quiet, and fully furnished (a desk will be added to your room too) You're also welcome to bring additional furniture if you'd like.

You'll be sharing with two housemates (and an occasional third). We are originally from Sweden/Japan and Belgium and work in the arts and IT. We value a calm and respectful home environment and are looking for someone who feels the same.

The room comes with its own private bathroom (located on the ground floor).

The house also has a shared living room and a lovely garden to enjoy during the warmer months.

Location:
Approximately a 7-minute walk to Hackney Central and London Fields stations.
Numerous bus routes from Hackney Town Hall and Hackney Central.
Cafés, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, with London Fields Park just on the doorstep.

Rent: £1,150 per month

Bills: All included (utilities, Wi-Fi and Council Tax)

Deposit: One month's rent
Maximum stay: Up to 6 months (flexible)
