Room available in sunny London Fields home

We have a double room available in our lovely London Fields home E9 and are looking for a single or couple to fill it! Available from 1 December.

LOCATION: Five minutes from Vic Park and five minutes from London Fields. Best off-licence in London is across the road. Super convenient to grab a coffee on Mare Street or pastries at Broadway Market. Bus stops and the Overground both close by.

THE HOUSE: Three storey maisonette with two bathrooms (two toilet/showers, one bath), separate kitchen and living room. The living room is the best - it’s huge, south-facing with lots of windows, and gets lots of sun (even in winter). Fully furnished house with dishwasher and attic storage.

THE ROOM: Furnished double room, 3rd storey, comes with a double bed and big wardrobe. Cute view and room for a desk and chair in front of the window. Probably best suited to a couple due to the price but happy for anyone.

RENT: Rent is 1510 pcm, Bills are approx. 90 per person each month.

The current tenants are happy to sell their additional furniture including bedside tables, lamps, desk and chair, computer monitor, bedding, mirror etc, if required (price negotiable).

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be living with Lily (30), Cooper (33) and Fran (31).

Fran and Cooper are a couple and have the other room upstairs. Fran works in climate policy, and can usually be found at yoga or the gym, reading novels, or finding someone to drink a pint with. Cooper is a lawyer who also works in fitness, and in his spare time will be planning bike-packing trips or playing complicated board games. Lily works in hospitality, and is an amazing cook. She’s usually found baking sourdough, or out for martinis. We’re all into food and wine, going out for gigs or the theatre, runs around Vic Park, travel, sharing books, and watching movies from the 2000s.

As our other housemates are moving out, we’re looking for some friendly, clean, like-minded people to move in - as a household we like to share a meal, watch a movie together or head to the pub pretty regularly, but respect each other’s space during the week or when things are busy.
