Hello there! There is a room up for grabs in our cosy, 3-bedroom London Fields flat.

LOCATION: Minutes from London Fields Park and overground and well-connected bus routes along Mare Street. We are also a 15 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station.

THE FLAT: We are located in a building that used to be a sewing machine factory, which now houses a few complexes within. Our flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an amazing shower (if you’re tall you will love it). The flat is located on the first floor, and is cosy with an open plan kitchen/living room situation (and a very special piano).

WHO YOU’LL BE LIVING WITH:

Woody (31) - works in broadcasting, loves a noodle on the guitar or piano, trying out new restaurants, winding down with video games and watching football on our projector.

Laurence (34) - Restaurant manager who loves stand up, cooking fantastic meals, everything Irish (as he comes from Cork). If you love obscure facts about pop culture.. You won’t find a better source.

All 3 rooms border the living space so we’re looking for someone we can get along with and who brings a good vibe to the house! (Being solitary is fine but we don’t want to live with a long term stranger!) We’re not a party house but quite like having a pint out and about or watching a movie/the football together (Laurence likes every sport on the planet so your niche love for professional thumb wars is very welcome) on our projector.

THE DETAILS:
The room is £816.66 cold. bills + council tax fluctuate monthly (average between £100-£120 per month). Move in date is November (eek!)
