I am open to short and long term lets.

The flat is located on a quiet street in Hackney, just off Mare Street between London fields and Victoria Park. Its couple of bus stops from both Bethnal Green and Hackney Central. There are frequent buses to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and Central London, so getting around is a breeze.

You'll be in the second bedroom (as seen in the photo) - it's a spacious double, finished to a high standard. With floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes.

I'm Elle - 37, working in client services for a consultancy firm. I wear a lot of black, collect flamingos (yes, really), and love a peaceful, clean home. I'm looking for someone who's not just after a room, but a home too.

About You
I'm looking for a laid-back, but considerate flatmate — someone clean,
respectful, and employed full-time outside the home (no fully remote workers). Not a big foodie.
This isn't a party flat, so if you're after somewhere chilled and tidy, we'll get on great.

No couples, students or pets
Cleanliness is non-negotiable — no dirty dishes or crumbs on surfaces
Light meals only - no fish
Sorry females preferred and no couples
