Lovely home by London fields

Welcome to my home.

Newly single and looking for a flat mate. This is my home and I’m looking for someone who is also looking for a home.

The room is a large double and the flat is located on a quiet street in hackney just off mare street a couple of bus stops down from Bethnal Green and Hackney Central station with frequent buses to and from central London/shoreditch/Liverpool street etcetc and conveniently located next to Iceland and lidl (great if you're a bargain hunter like me!) and about 5 minutes walk to a large tescos, marks and Spencer, Sainsbury, as well as other homestore/independent shops
London fields is 5 minute walk and there are pubs and bars all within walking distance so the streets are always well lit and safe.

The room in the second bedroom in the photo. I’m in the process of decorating it. That’s why there are no photos yet. But as you can see my my room the room will be done to high spec.

Common areas of the house include a kitchen/dinning area and living room.

The rent is £950 and bills are round £150 each month.

Elle: 35 works for a consultancy firm in client services and enjoys wearing lots of black and collecting flamingos.

I’m looking for a fun and laid back girl to join my home. I enjoy socialising but I’m also respectful of each others individual space.

My home is a clean one and I intend to keep it that way so CLEANLINESS IS A MUST - please no dirty dishes or laundry everywhere and please no smokers

Bills are £150 (roughly) per month

Deposit is £1000

The room is free from the 1st June however should you want to move in earlier that could be arranged.
