. The apartment is a split level flat and the room is a single but has a double bed with a single bunk bed on top of it so it's great when you have an overnight guest. There are several drawers, a closet, chairs and everything else you would need, however there isn't any space for own furniture. Also, there is central heating and the flat is generally very warm..
Kitchen/Living-room - are on the same floor and the kitchen has been newly refurbished.
Bathroom and Toilet are separate and have also been recently refurbished and are nice, warm

I'm a smoker but working towards quitting, upstairs is a smoke free zone
I do ask for 1 month deposit and 1 month rent in advance and prompt rent payments are essential
