My friend and I live near the Barbican. We’re both 26 - one of us works in TV and the other at an auction house. Sadly our third housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so her double room has become available.
We’re both laid back, love travelling/nature, a pub outing, but work hard during the week. We keep the flat super tidy and are respectful of each other’s space. We're looking for someone similar and of simialr age.
The room has a lovely big window and a desk, and is next to the main bathroom, which would be shared with just one other person. The other bedroom is en suite. We also have a lovely kitchen/living space.
The room is £1,250 including bills.
One thing to note, there is a market on the road perpendicular Monday to Friday. We love the atmosphere, but maybe not ideal if you're working from home all the time.
