Spacious Double Room with City Views - 250 City Road - Available Mid-November - Bills included

I’m looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment at 250 City Road for around six months, ideally from mid-November (dates are flexible).

The room is very spacious, fully furnished and has great views across the City. It also comes with a TV / monitor.

I’m originally from Australia and work in finance. I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate to take the room for around six months.
