The flat is on the 12th floor of a 1970s apartment block, and no buildings obscure our views. There are large windows, lots of natural light, and amazing panoramic views of London day and night.

A nice small park downstairs is at the back of the building called King Square Gardens.

Clerkenwell is very Central and between Angel, Barbican, Old Street and Shoreditch.

- The room comes with Virgin Media fast wifi.
- Glass desk.
- Small glass side table.
- Good quality designer office chair.
- The Ikea pull-out bed that you see on the picture at the moment, will be replaced begining of January with a king size wallbed, with a super confortable memory foam mattress. You can lift the bed easily and have more space in the room when not using the bed. I will replace the large glass desk with a smaller glass desk. I will be updating images of the room first week of January 2025.
- Large tall wardrobe with sliding mirror doors.
- One sliding-door floor cupboard that is great for storage.

I have installed a blackout roller blind and a venetian blind, great to control how much light you want in the room.

All bills are included, fast Wi-Fi, utility bills, soap and conditioner for the washing machine is also included as the machine diespenses automatically and cleaning of the communal areas and your room once a week.

kitchen:

- Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, large Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, hob, grill, and oven.

I have a cute dog, a whippet called Olly, who is seven years old, very quiet and gentle and a young Scottish Fold kitten, 8 months, called Bobi.

I am originally from Brazil but have settled in the UK for quite some time. I am gay, an artist/designer.
I work from home and use the lounge as my work-living space. We do not have a communal shared lounge, and I prefer that you do not bring visitors over.
