Hello! My flatmate is going to be having a hot girl summer in Bristol so we have a room for sublet available in super central Shoreditch!

You’ll be living with myself, a 30yo sales aficionado, I work from the office 2 days a week and am out and about most days, and Yas, a 32yo HR star in the architecture space who mixes it up between home and the office.

We’re both very sociable and welcoming and invite each other to things we do outside of the flat with our friend groups as well, so this would be a great space for someone moving to London (ofc everyone is welcome though). The flat is also super centrally located, near all the best things in Shoreditch as well as very close to Liverpool Street Station and Old Street. In my humble opinion it’s the best time to be in London, and the best place to be.

🏡 No problems with anyone working from home, and we also love hosting people and having friends over, it’s a very relaxed and friendly flat that gets a lot of natural light. We have a shared private courtyard that we spend a lot of time in.

🛌 The room will have a proper bed frame, we have it in our storage room and will be in the room ready for you! The room will be completely empty, ready for all your things!

📍Location: Shoreditch right next to Spitalfields and Liverpool Street

📆Dates: Move in from 24th July with move out date before the 7th September (can discuss some flexibility)

💰Cost: £1290 total, for all 6 weeks rent and ALL BILLS INCLUDED (breaks down to £215 per week)
