Chapter Old Street Studio student takeover

I’m looking for a *student* to take over my Silver Studio at Chapter Old Street from November 2026 (latest: 15th December 2026) until 16 July 2027, subject to Chapter’s written approval and a new agreement.

The cozy studio has its own kitchen and bathroom, a small double bed, and plenty of storage. Its windows face a quiet courtyard, so it feels tucked away despite being in central London, only a few walking minutes from Old Street.
Residents can use the building’s gym, rooftop terrace, parcel storage, laundry room and the entertainment rooms. The staff at Chapter is very helpful and friendly.

The original agreement listed a total rent of £24,068 for the full tenancy. Since this would be a mid-term takeover, there would be a rent of £12.815 left to pay, starting mid-December until mid-July. If the room is taken in November, the total rent would obviously be slightly higher.
£12.815 are due on 11th January 2027 and need to be paid at once. The exact payment schedule for a start date in December is going to be bespoken with Chapter. The replacement must be approved and contracted through Chapter, rather than arranged as a private sublet.
