The room has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The flat is in a great central location by the River Thames, just a 4–7 minute walk from St Paul’s, Mansion House, Bank and Blackfriars stations, making commuting and getting around London very easy.

The bedrooms are on the first level, with the spacious living room and separate kitchen upstairs. There is also a large balcony overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me — I’m a professional in my late 20s working in finance, and I’m in the office four days a week. I’ve been living in the flat for the past three years. I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful and tidy who enjoys a calm, relaxed home environment. I value having a peaceful place to come home to and unwind, and ideally someone who doesn’t regularly have people over.

Rent for the room is £1,750 per month. Bills (council tax, electricity, water and wifi) average about £200 per person each month.
