Double Bedroom. Hackney. Overlooking London Fields

Due to my house mate and bestie coupling off I am looking for a new friend to take over their room.

The Flat is an amazingly located, spacious and bright 2-bed, x-local authority overlooking London Fields Lido on the west side on the park. It is furnished in keeping with the original early 60's design, full of charm and character with reclaimed teak kitchen and restored lino flooring.

One bedroom is up for rent. The room is a decent size double with built in wardrobe and is part furnished.

The flat comprises:
2 double bedrooms (1 for rent)
bathroom with bathtub and shower
separate toilet,
spacious living room with large private balcony overlooking the park and a lovely kitchen that gets the sunset in the evenings

The flat has gas central heating, and is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is currently undergoing exterior renovation due to finish early in the new year.

The Lido is literally just outside the door, Broadway Market 5 min walk through the park, and all of Hackney and East London but a short stroll from the door. There are good buses and overground connections.

Available to move in between 25th Jan - 25th Feb 2020

Me:
I am a 38-year old, gay/queer man. I work in the arts Mon-Fri, and am often out in evenings or away with work or travels. I also run a Queer Arts Festival (y'know, as a hobby). I am into film, theatre, art, music, cooking, nice people and often terrible high school movies.

You:
Employed, cool with Queer life, ideally not a party animal or at least someone who doesn't bring the part to the flat, its not that kind of living space. Otherwise pretty open to suggestions.... tell me about you, what do, are looking for in a flat and your general self.

The Deal:
Flat is furnished, bills are on top (gas, electric, CTAX - the usual). Or we could decide a flat rate inclusive of bills. 4-weeks deposit is required by the landlady.
