Double room for professional London Fields

I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat in London Fields from 7 July.

The flat is situated in the beautiful Arthuas Apartments, which has three restaurants/cafes and workspaces available within the complex.

The residents here are very friendly and the building has a concierge service, seven days a week.

The flat is on the second floor, situated at the back of the building, so doesn't get any noise from the streets and benefits from really good sunset views.

The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, huge windows, wooden floors throughout, both bedrooms are doubles with lots of storage and, best of all, there are two bathrooms (so no fighting over it in the morning!)

The kitchen/diner/lounge is also a great size with a table, sofa in the sitting area and a very large TV, great for watching movies!

There's even a roof terrace on the fifth floor to sit out on during the warmer months, from which you can see the Olympic Park, Canary Wharf and the Shard.

The kitchen has all the modcons you would expect including dishwasher and large fridge plus there is a utility cupboard in the hall with a washer/dryer.

Location wise - Arthaus is opposite the lovely London Fields Park where there is a fantastic lido, 50m pool which is heated all year round plus tennis courts. Broadway Market is just a 5-minute walk as is London Fields train station which takes you into Liverpool Street. Alternatively, Hackney Central station is another 5 minute walk in the opposite direction where you can take the overground to Highbury & Islington.

So that's the flat and location sorted - what about me? I'm Italian and I've been living in London for over 6 years. I am a design manager and I love reading, watching movies and going out. I prefer to keep the flat as a home to come back and relax, but guests are always welcome :)

I would say I'm looking for someone who is easygoing, tidy, and friendly.
