Double bedroom flat in an amazing East London location with our own roof terrace.

The room is becoming available from the start of March as my housemates move out due to a new job and living with a partner.

*Need to be available to move in 1st March (a Sunday)

There is a good sized shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a huge roof terrace with BBQ and outside table just for us!

The flat came unfurnished but has been well decorated and the shared space is well equipped. If you have lounge / kitchen furniture you'd like to bring we can see what we can fit!

The housemate leaving is happy to discuss leaving or selling some furniture for cheap.

£930 per month plus bills that usually come to about £100 a month.

Walkable to Bethnal Green central line and even closer to Cambridge Health - plus a bus stop right outside.

A moments walk from Broadway market, London Fields Lido, Victoria park - loads of nice cafes and food spots.

Looking for someone who likes to chill in the week, is tidy and up for an evening natter sometimes. Happy for the occasional dinner party and might join us for a slow run or yoga class.

The landlords are lovely - they require reference checks and deposits for move in tenants. Min 6 month ideally longer.
