London Fields double room

Double room available in 3 bed 1 bath London Fields flat. Available March 15. We’ll do a name change on the lease which is until Sept 15 2026, after that the contract is rolling.

The flat is right next to London Fields park and a 5 min walk from Broadway Market. It’s on the top floor of a council building. Large common spaces with a separated kitchen and living room. Bathroom is a split bath. We have a balcony too!

Room is furnished. Bed, desk, and wardrobe included.

Bills come to about £130 a month.

Walkable to London Fields, Haggerston, and Hackney Central overground stations.

We’re two working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We’re looking for a social girl to hang out in our flat (watch movies, cook dinner, etc) and/or go out with! Planning to completely overhaul/redesign the living room, so it’d be cool to collab. We split the chores and we expect you to be a clean and considerate housemate.
