Room available in cosy flat right on London Fields

Room available from 12th of August or potentially even sooner.

I'll be moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat that's right on London Fields. It's well connected with the overground, buses and is in a very cyclable area close to many of the marvels of East London.

My wonderful flatmate Chiara is staying in the flat for the long term. She's 32, Mexican/Italian and has been in London since the start of the year. We're looking for someone who enjoys a balance of independence and being part of the flat; chatting in the evenings, cooking together, tending to house plants, helping keep the place clean and tidy, and generally hanging out. So a social, easy going individual, but not a party house. Open to all people, with a slight preference for women.

For context, I'm moving out as I've recently purchased a place. We initially got this flat fully unfurnished and I'll be taking some of it to my new property. The new tenant would need to get a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc for their room. Most of the kitchen and living room furnishings will be left behind.

Rent is £1,125 per month and rented through Dexter's. Expect about another £150 max on monthly bills. Ideally looking for someone it interested in moving in long-term.
