Your double room with a view (weekdays only)

This spare room is in a 2 bed flat located on the 11th floor with an open view over East London in a gated residence.
It is available for a maximum of 4 nights, ideally Monday to Thursday night.

The room:
The room is carpeted. It has a double bed, a powered standing desk that is well equipped and chair.
It currently has a wardrobe that is a bit too big for the room imo so I am looking to replace this with more convenient furniture (add to be updated when that has happened with updated picture).
The room is bright thanks to a large window and comes with a rare open view over East London (great to catch the sun and moon rise from above).
The bathroom you will have access to is just across the hallway and comes with a decent tub, toilet and sink.

The flat:
Located on floor 11 in a friendly gated residence, the stunning views continue in the open plan lounge & kitchen, with balconies on each side. Sunset is pretty cool from here! The west facing balcony looks over the overground and the north end of London Fields park.
You will be welcome to use the kitchen where you will find everything you need, including an induction hob, and dishwasher.
Ecover and Method cleaning products are available.
In the lounge, you are welcome to use the hifi (Radio, CD player, Record player and Bluetooth) with care. The smart TV comes with Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video and NowTV & HBO Max for football lovers.
Hyperoptic brings full fibre throughout the flat.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
I am in the process of adopting a cat so the flat is not suitable for people who are allergic to them.

Location:
5 mins walk to London Fields (Weaver line); 10 mins walk to Hackney Central (Mildmay line); Closest bus routes: 55, 30, 106, 236, 254, 277, 394, 276, W15.

Myself:
I'm a professional who works in a fast paced environment. I am 49, French from Reunion Island (worth a search if you don't know it) and mixed race. I love listening to music and going to concerts and gigs. I also play in a percussion band (not at home). I enjoy going to the cinema, exhibitions and museums, socialising and going out as much as staying in to watch a film or series or football (#COYG).
I am open minded and non judgmental and love having a laugh.

Who you are:
Regardless of your gender, I would prefer a professional, who is 30 or over. I would prefer someone who likes a chat but we don't have to become best friends (although, who knows?).
You are open minded, respectful and know how to clean after yourself. LGBTQ+ people are welcome.
