Room In female centric London Fields share house

We are looking for a 3rd person to move into our share house on Mare Street in London Fields. Quite a busy area and street with many bars and pubs around, specifically The Dolphin right next door. But for all the hustle and bustle, rent is cheap at £741 with bills on top. For every month:

- Wifi : £10 each
- Electricity : £17 each
- Water : £20 each
- Gas : £17 each
- Council Gas : £71.83 each

We are looking for a social person who is ok with noise since that is the surrounding environment. The two of us are also social people and have friends around every so often for diners or drinks. We're also very creative people and would enjoy having the 3rd housemate to share that quality. We are also Pet Friendly (specifically for cats)! Besides those aspects, we want someone who is tidy and appreciates a cleaner space and is good with communicating. Housemeetings will be held when needed and any questions or qualms can be talked through but we don't accept passive aggression or pettiness. Lastly, this house is LGBT+ friendly, we'd prefer if you are apart of this culture or at least an ally.

Me: Im Veronica, 28, work in the wine industry in Hoxton and an actress/model on the side. I enjoy yoga, drawing, sewing and going to the exhibitions and events. I work full time and will be out off the house most afternoons unless its my day off, then ill be lazing around the house doing my chores and life admin.
