Double in 2 bed duplex in Arthaus, London Fields

Hi, I’m James and I’ve been living in this apartment for about 10 years now. I'm pretty active, but often around a few evenings each week and like living with someone so always keen for a chat. I like bikes and boards and all things with wheels. I work in design and like making things.

My current house mate is moving out mid-November.

Super close to Hackney Central overground station as well as London fields. I love the area: London Fields park and lido are 2mins away, fancy Pophams downstairs, e5 bakehouse over the road, plenty of local shops & cafes nearby, and Broadway Market at the weekend is loads of fun.

The flat is a good layout with a large living area upstairs and a big private terrace. There's also a WC upstairs. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one for each bedroom).

The room itself has a large built in wardrobe, underfloor heating and floor to ceiling windows and there's sole use of the large bathroom (shower and bath).

The living area upstairs has a big table with benches which can seat about 8 and it’s great for having people round for food etc. Kitchen has all the usual stuff, there’s a decent stereo for music (records and CDs!) and radio and there’s a drying cupboard so there’s no need to have clothes rails full of washing out all the time (this makes a big difference!).

We have a concierge downstairs which is great for deliveries and also makes the flat very secure. There's an underground bike store accessible behind a locked gate. There's also a large communal roof terrace.
