We have a gorgeous double room available in our beautiful townhouse.

Viewing will take place on the evening of Monday 11th March.

We are looking for someone to move in on 1st April and start paying rent from that day. Deposit is £500 and held in the government deposit scheme.

About the house:
It is a lovely 4 bedroom HOUSE in a fantastic location, set back from the bustling Essex Rd, so it’s very quiet, but with a bus stop just 10 seconds away. We have a huge kitchen and communal room, with lots of storage, dishwasher, washing machine and dining area, and a pretty garden coming off this room. It's a great little sun trap and perfect for al fresco dining or a spot of sunbathing in the summer.
On the ground floor there is also a shower room with toilet and sink, and a cosy snug if you fancy watching a film.
On the middle floor there are two bedrooms, and on the top floor there are two more bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a bath, toilet, sink and a shower in the bath. The house itself is very well looked after, it is super clean and tidy, bright and recently decorated in a very trendy style. All bills (council tax, water rates, broadband, TV license etc) are included except gas and electric which we just club together roughly £20 each per month and top the card up.

About the room:
These rooms do not come up for rent very often because they are so sought after. The room has been tenanted by a lovely girl for the past 4 years and is booked to be freshly redecorated and redressed in 2 weeks time. So it will be new, with good quality furniture and very tastefully done. It has a desk, large wardrobe, double bed, with plenty of storage underneath, bedside cabinet and two large windows.

About the tenants:
Currently three lovely girls, all mid/late 20s, friendly but extremely considerate. It is NOT a party house, but doesn't mean they don't like to socialise together sometimes. Non smokers, and all professionals. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will fit in with the dynamic and keep the house harmonious.

About the area:
Excellent links with the bus stop right in front of the building that we are situated behind, Highbury tube is about 10 mins walk and Angel tube is about 20 min walk. Essex Rd, where we are, has lots of lovely shops, cafes and bars and Upper St does too and is just a 10 min walk.
