Double Room for Rent in Central London - KX

Hiiii! One of our lovely housemates is moving to Italy, and we’re super excited for him. This means we have a room that we would love to fill with someone with good energy. We are three women, all currently in uni, and two of us are also working part-time.

We go through periods of yapping in the kitchen to grinding away in our rooms. We value respect, cleanliness, and kindness. We’d love to welcome anyone who shares these values.

As for property logistics:
- London Move is our rental agency, and they require some admin and paperwork, including references, bank statements, and/or a UK-based guarantor. Our current contract is a 12-month contract which ends on September 2, 2026. There is likely the option to extend.

- The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower), and a shared living room, kitchen, and garden. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, and is in a great central location!

- Rent is £745 per month, not including bills. Bills are estimated at around £100 per month, but can fluctuate month to month.

- The move-in date can be any time on or after the 2nd of April, but the contract must be signed and rent paid for a 2nd of April start date.

Other things to note:
- No working from home full-time.
- We're open to students and non-students. However, non-students will need to factor in council tax costs that will also need to be covered.
