Double Room for Rent in Central London - KX

Hiiii! One of our lovely housemates is moving. This means we have a room that we would love to fill with someone with good energy. We are three women: one is in her final year at university, and two of us are working full-time.

We go from yapping in the kitchen to quiet time in our rooms. Popping in and out of the house.

We value respect, cleanliness, and kindness. We’d love to welcome anyone who shares these values.

As for property logistics:
- London Move is our rental agency, and they require some admin and paperwork, including references, bank statements, and/or a UK-based guarantor.

- The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower), and a shared living room, kitchen, and garden. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, and is in a great central location!

- Rent is £745 per month, not including bills. Bills are estimated at around £100 per month, but can fluctuate month to month. There is a 4% rent increase commencing on 2nd December, bringing the rent to £775 from then onward.

- The move-in date can be any time on or after the 1st of October, but the contract must be signed and rent paid for a start date of 12th of October at the latest.

Other things to note:
- No working from home full-time.
- You will be liable to contribute to council tax; it's not included in the rent. We are band D: £2,107.87 per year, with payments divided equally between all four tenants.
