Room for Rent

Hiiii! One of our lovely flat mates is moving to Italy and we’re super excited for him. This means we have a room that we would love to fill with someone with good energy. We are three women, all currently in uni and two of us also working part-time. We go through periods of yapping in the kitchen to grinding away in our rooms. We value respect, cleanliness, and kindness. We’d love to welcome anyone who shares these values.
As for property logistics, London Move is our rental agency and they require some admin/paperwork things including references, bank statements, and/or UK based guarantor. Our current contract is a 12 month contract which ends on September 1, 2026. There is likely the option to extend. We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms (only one shower), and a shared living room, kitchen, and garden. Neighborhood is calm and safe - actually seated between multiple families. Rent is £745 per month not including bills. Bills estimated around £100 per month on top but can fluctuate depending on the month. Move in is on or after 2 April, but contract must be filled/rent paid for an 2 April start date.
