I am leaving this beautiful flatshare. So this is your chance to move into this pretty house very close to Regent's canal, Angel and De Beauvoir.

The house has 4 bedrooms and this room is on the upper floor, with a shared bathroom with one other person. The bedroom window faces the garden and it is located on a very cute and quiet street. The house has a large living room and well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, and we even have a dryer. We also have a garden.

It's a fantastic location, within walking distance of a number of buses and tube stations, convenient to commute to central London.

15min walk to Highbury & Islington station
15min walk to Angel station

We're all professionals in our 30s. Even though we all have pretty busy lives, we’re looking for someone who is keen to join us and make this place your home.

A little bit about us:

Jess is from New Zealand. She's always up for yoga sessions and has great book recommendations.
Berkin comes from Istanbul and works in media. He is passionate about watching movies and knows everything about it. He loves boxing and exploring London.
James, works in tech in the music industry, loves sport, the pub, and getting out for long runs and walks.
Like most people we all like to travel, cook, socialise, and keep fit.

We are looking for a friendly clean flatmate, around our age and easy-going. Someone who wants to socialise and hang out together and share meals, but also likes to have their own space. We would also like to keep the 50/50 split and therefore prefer a female roommate.

Move in date is from 8 November. Rent including bills is to be paid on a monthly basis in advance.
