The flat is super well connected with a 10 minute walk from Old Street Station (Northern line), 15 minute walk from Angel Station (Northern line), 20 minute walk from Liverpool Street and 10 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street. So many good local restaurants, cafés and gyms, a short commute (or walk!) to most city jobs, and a short walk to Angel High Street, Shoreditch or Spitalfields market on either side.
The room is available ASAP but we can be a little flexible!
The flat is a bright three-bedroom, one-bathroom home with lots of natural light, a spacious kitchen, a huge living room, and a garden that’s perfect for summer evenings!
About the room:
🛏️ £1200 + bills (approx. £112/month including council tax - council tax band C)
Deposit: £1,154
It’s a very big room with large windows stretching across the wall, so the room gets loads of lovely natural light. It comes semi-furnished with a bed frame, mattress, built-in wardrobe, and an additional wardrobe. I would also be happy to leave you my desk!
