As per the photos the bedroom is equipped with a sofa, two double wardrobes, one storage cabinet, one double bed with storage and a smart TV. PLEASE NOTE: Prior to the 11th of March the second storage cabinet shown on the photos will be removed and replaced with a fridge freezer, and a coffee table will be added in front of the sofa.

The room is offered as one self-contained living space (no communal living area is offered). The house is very clean and peaceful. We are friendly, respectful and generally quiet :).

Use of the main kitchen. Use of washing-machine. Use of large garden (including garden furniture). Unrestricted on-street parking available just outside the house.

Walking distance (10mn) to shops. Bus 382 on doorstep (15mn to Finchley Central tube).

Nearest tube stations West Finchley, Woodside Park and Finchley Central (all on Northern Line). All about 30mn walk. Leisure centre with Lido swimming pool, Better gym, Vue cinema and restaurants around the corner (5–10mn walk). Quiet area.
