As per the photos (just taken so exactly as is) the bedroom is bright with two windows (south and north facing), it is equipped with a sofa and (adjustable) coffee table, two double wardrobes, one storage cabinet, one double bed with storage, a smart TV, a microwave and a fridge freezer (both brand new).

The room is offered as one self-contained living space (no communal living area is offered). The house is very clean and peaceful. We are friendly, respectful and quiet.

Use of the main kitchen. Use of washing-machine and tumble dryer. Use of large garden (including garden furniture). Unrestricted on-street parking available just outside the house.

Walking distance (10mn) to shops. Bus 382 on doorstep (15mn to Finchley Central tube).
